Staff Software Engineer - Real-Time Distributed Systems

Durlston Partners in London (On-site) is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to architect and deliver the flagship platform. You will own core technical domains, design distributed services, and guide the data layer to provide real-time insights from diverse sensor feeds.

You will stay hands-on daily, mentor a small engineering team, and influence coding standards, testing, and DevSecOps practices with a security-first mindset. Equity available, base up to £150k.
