Staff Software Engineer - Scale Core Data Systems (Equity)

Oliver Bernard is partnering with a well-funded AI startup in London to hire a Staff Software Engineer. You will own the core data infrastructure handling millions of events per second, and steer the technical direction across databases, observability, caching, streaming, and performance-critical systems.

Ideal candidates will have strong Python/Go experience and a track record addressing complex performance and scalability challenges in high-growth tech environments. Equity is included.
