Overview
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will advance high-performance storage software on Arm platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify bottlenecks, optimize storage systems, and contribute to open-source efforts. You’ll work across development platforms, FPGAs, and early silicon to shape scalable storage solutions. You’ll mentor teammates, drive automation in CI/CD, and influence Arm technology through hands-on engineering and cross-functional collaboration.

- Collaborate with architects/engineers to influence Arm technology and store-related requirements
- Optimize and enable storage software on Arm platforms

- Contribute to open-source projects by upstreaming and maintaining code
- Mentor team members and grow team capabilities
- Proficiency in C and C++
- Strong understanding of multicore architectures and OS concepts (processes, threads, locks, virtual memory)
- Experience in PCIe, CXL, block storage, object storage, or file systems (NFS)
- Expertise in debugging and optimizing performance of complex software systems
- Experience with modern software development (git, Agile, code reviews)
