Staff Systems Software Delivery Lead

IonQ in Oxford, UK is seeking a Staff Technical Programme Manager to lead delivery across five engineering teams—runtime, orchestration, quantum tools, controllers and transport—within a centralised PMO model. This is a hands-on, senior role coordinating cross-site programmes across Oxford and the US.
