Overview

In this role you will assess lift installations and modernisations, reporting findings to site leads and coordinating snagging with fitters. You participate in quality and technical meetings, and ensure lift well security and safety during commissioning and testing. You work within a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and have access to training and progression opportunities. This is a hands-on position focused on safety, quality, and reliable lift performance.

Responsibilities
  • Report lift condition to Installation Supervisor and communicate snagging items to Fitter and supervisor
  • Take part in meetings and work groups on quality and technical issues
  • Ensure lift well security and safety for all during commissioning and testing
  • Specialise in testing Lift Installations and/or Modernisations
  • Support on-site activities related to lift testing and quality assurance
Key requirements
  • NVQ4 in Lift Testing
  • UK Driving license
  • Experience of working with Lifts
  • Strong customer skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge
