Staff User Researcher - Mitigation Platform

As a Staff Researcher in the Mitigation Platform Squad, you will shape the foundational platform used by Wise teams to design, launch, and improve mitigation experiences at scale. You will work with cross-functional partners to uncover common workflows and where platform-level solutions add leverage, including AI and LLM-powered approaches in agent workflows. You’ll set research direction in a complex problem space and translate findings into actionable product strategy, influencing decisions beyond your squad.
