Staff Verification Engineer - Media IP

In this role you will own and evolve verification environments for ISP, Display, and Video IP within Arm’s Systems Media IP team. You will design new testbenches, improve existing ones, and drive verification efficiency and best practices across the group. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality IP that integrates into system-level solutions for automotive, IoT, and client markets. • Own verification at unit or multi‑unit levels or lead overall IP verification (ISP, Display, Video).
• Architect verification IP and complete verification environments.
• Assess design changes from a verification complexity perspective.
• Analyze simulation data using data science techniques to accelerate bug discovery.
• Identify cross‑IP process improvements and implement changes to verification efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Arm teams to ensure high‑quality, system‑friendly IP.
• Mentor and support other team members.

• Experience with constrained‑random verification and ownership of a complex verification environment
• Proficient in creating reusable, scalable code with strong SV‑UVM knowledge
• Solid scripting abilities to support new and existing flows
• Solid software engineering skills (object‑oriented programming, data structures, algorithms)
• Familiar with testbench development tools and verification processes
• Past technical and/or team leadership experience for senior roles
