Overview

As a Startup Solutions Architect you guide startups to maximize value from the cloud by designing scalable, secure architectures aligned with business goals. You act as a trusted advisor, translating startup needs into practical AWS-based solutions and contributing to technical content and reference architectures. You’ll educate customers through workshops and public speaking, and shape adoption of AWS technologies at scale. This role blends technology with business impact, offering opportunities to specialize in AI/ML and cloud-native patterns whilelearning from customers and peers.

Responsibilities
  • Accelerate customer projects by recommending best-practice, long-term architectures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to startups, deriving value from their priorities.
  • Capture customer voice to influence AWS feature roadmap and create technical content.
  • Evangelize AWS technology through workshops, meetups, and public speaking.
  • Create cloud-native reference architectures for diverse use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable, resilient cloud solutions and drive adoption.
Key requirements
  • Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
  • Design/implementation/consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
  • Relevant tech experience and/or Technical Degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent)
  • Experience designing, developing or operating reliable, scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS or similar
  • Fluent English communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders
  • Customer-facing experience or public speaking
