To support a growing virtual obesity medicine clinic, a State Licensed Endocrinology Physician will provide remote, patient-facing care focused on obesity treatment and diabetes management, working 32 to 40 hours per week in a flexible, salaried position. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care through telemedicine, emphasizing evidence-based obesity treatment and diabetes management Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and Registered Dietitians to ensure quality patient care and manage complex endocrinology cases Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the diabetes and obesity medicine program Required qualifications MD or DO degree with valid and current Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State, with eligibility to obtain additional state licenses 2 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine or endocrinology, or completion of an accredited Fellowship program Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities, including CKD, ESRD, and CAD/CV conditions Experience providing synchronous patient care in a telehealth setting is preferred
