Key responsibilities Process and prepare real estate transactions, including closing statements Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors Schedule closings and manage the closing calendar Required qualifications State Licensed Title Insurance agent with five years of prior real estate or title insurance experience Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end Ability to review and understand real estate contracts, title commitments, and closing documents Experience managing escrow transactions from opening through funding and recording Clean financial background for bank accounts
