This advertisement is for an SES position located in the Office of Judges of Compensation Claims in Florida, with the option to telecommute from home.

~ This position serves as Mediator for the Judges of Compensation Claims Office and mediates workers compensation cases.
Conducts mediation conferences with the parties to contested workers compensation claims in an attempt to help resolve issues and settle claims.
Maintains accurate records regarding the disposition of claims and preparing reports required by law or deemed necessary by the assigned JCC.
Travels, where necessary, to conduct mediation conferences.
The ability to understand and communicate legal arguments clearly and effectively.
The ability to draft clear and concise agreements.
