Statistical Modelling Analytics Manager

Lead advanced statistical modelling in Toronto, using Python and quantitative methods to shape retail, customer, and loyalty decisions.

As Manager, Statistical Modelling & Advanced Analytics, you will guide complex modelling work across the enterprise. You will apply forecasting, causal inference, experimentation, and predictive modelling to important business problems. The position combines technical leadership, stakeholder influence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design advanced statistical and quantitative models using business data
• Apply forecasting, experimentation, segmentation, and optimization methods
• Partner with leaders to improve decisions and customer outcomes
• Establish model validation, monitoring, and measurement standards
• Coach analysts and data scientists while guiding technical quality

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field
• Significant statistical modelling or advanced analytics experience
• Strong Python coding experience
• Experience using SQL, Spark, or similar tools
• Experience leading projects and influencing senior stakeholders
