Storage Architect – HPC Data Lifecycle & Tiering

EMBL-EBI is seeking a Storage Engineer to own end-to-end user storage, implement quotas and tiering, and ensure data integrity across NAS, SAN, Object and Tape. You will work with the Systems Infrastructure Team and HPC group to maintain high-performance storage services.

You will design future storage infrastructure, automate deployments with Ansible, and contribute to benchmarking and capacity governance while communicating clearly with technical users.
