Storage Operations Administrator

Manage global file-sharing services at Ubisoft Montréal using storage operations expertise, automation, and production troubleshooting across distributed teams.

As a Storage Administrator in Saint-Laurent, you will support data-archiving platforms and storage infrastructure. You will collaborate online with teammates in Germany, China, and France. The full-time position focuses on reliable services, user support, and practical storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stability, availability, and performance of global file-sharing services
• Respond to major incidents and coordinate troubleshooting efforts
• Handle quotas, permissions, migrations, and shared-storage requests
• Monitor service health, capacity, infrastructure, and hardware
• Develop automation for recurring operational tasks and standard processes

Requirements:

• Practical storage operations experience supporting production environments
• Automation skills with Python, Ansible, Git, PowerShell, shell scripting, and Terraform
• Enterprise and cloud storage administration knowledge, including Ceph
• Windows Server, Distributed File System, and Rocky Linux experience
• Knowledge of networking, virtualization, Active Directory, SMB, NFS, backups, and archiving
