Location: Coventry, hybrid approach (2 days in the office)

Join our established Platform team to support and maintain critical storage infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot production issues, manage storage systems, and contribute to service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents independently
• Perform patching, storage allocation, scripting, and backups
• Prioritise tasks and maintain technical documentation
• Linux command line, ServiceNow
• Storage provisioning across IBM estate
• Awareness of availability impacts
• AWS knowledge, Agile experience
• VMware (vSphere, vRealize), Cisco UCS, HPE
• Understanding of virtualisation architectures
