Strategic Asset Data Analyst – Housing & Sustainability

Watmos Community Homes is seeking an Asset Data Analyst to join the Asset Management team. You will collect, validate, analyse and maintain asset and building safety data, supporting the development of the Asset Management Strategy and investment planning for a diverse housing portfolio.

Working with the Head of Property, you will drive performance reporting, asset databases, and reviews of stock condition, compliance and energy performance.
