Strategic Change Lead & Senior Business Analyst

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to identify, develop and deliver change across council services. The role leads analysis, sets direction and mentors analysts, with line management responsibilities.

You will work in a hybrid pattern with two days in office at transformation hubs in Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough and Selby, and you will engage senior stakeholders to realise benefits across diverse programmes.
