Strategic Client Accounts Manager

Toronto Parking Authority seeks a Specialist, Client Accounts to manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts. You will be the primary contact, build trusted relationships, ensure service delivery, and coordinate resources to deliver long-term B2B value.

You will support retention, renewals, and growth, develop account plans, monitor performance, and collaborate across departments. A 3–5 year track record in client management and a valid Ontario driver’s license are required.
