Strategic Compensation & Mobility Lead

EFA Engineering Ltd in Reading is seeking a Compensation Lead to own the compensation function within a large rewards programme, including mobility enablement, base pay, allowances and incentives. You will lead a small team, collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliant, market-competitive pay structures, and drive communications across the organisation.

The role also covers annual pay reviews, international mobility deployments, and audit readiness.
