Strategic CSM – Enterprise AI Software (Remote UK)

MFK Recruitment is partnering with a global software company to recruit a Strategic Customer Success Manager. You will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, building relationships with CIOs and senior leaders to deliver measurable value through product adoption and expansion.

This role focuses on adoption, retention, renewals, and recurring revenue growth, with the ability to discuss complex software and translate it into commercial outcomes. Remote UK-based with quarterly meetings.
