Strategic CX & Contact Centre Solution Lead

Wave Search is seeking an experienced Solution Leader – CX & Contact Centre to own end-to-end solution strategy for major UK client pursuits, combining CX expertise with technology and BPO commercial insight.

You will lead RFP/RFI responses, design AI-enabled omnichannel CX transformation solutions, and present to senior stakeholders, partnering with Sales, Delivery and Technology to win complex CX programmes.
