Strategic Director, Revenue Cycle Management

Ovation Healthcare in Mississauga is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Management to lead strategy and operational excellence across hospital revenue cycle activities. You will drive KPIs, optimize denials trends, and partner with leadership to align finance and operations.

This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to improve cash flow and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive revenue cycle experience in hospital settings, CMA/CPA not required but preferred,
