In this role you will shape the council's technology foundations and strategy, influencing how digital services are designed and improved. You work with senior leaders to define operating models and support major transformation programmes, setting architecture standards for resilient and efficient services. As a collaborative leader with deep enterprise-architecture experience, you will drive service improvements through technology. This temporary position helps build a modern, connected, future-ready council and offers hybrid working options.
