As a key finance partner, you will enhance operational performance through insightful analysis and strategic planning. You will manage financial activities, support budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with financial policies. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive financial governance and reporting accuracy • Analyze performance metrics and operational efficiencies • Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasting • Provide financial insights to leadership effectively • Champion operational reporting and digital transformation tools

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics • 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience • Strong knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems • Excellent analytical and leadership skills • Willingness to travel for site visits
