Strategic Group Controller | Finance & Reporting Lead

Nexfeld Group in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a Group Controller who will report to the Group Finance Leader and play a key role in group reporting as well as partnering with business units to improve reporting and internal finance systems and processes.

The ideal candidate has CPA or equivalent, a Bachelor in finance or accounting, 10+ years of accounting/finance experience with controllership, IFRS/GAAP expertise, and a proven ability to enhance controls, lead close cycles, and train teams.
