Embark is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner on a fixed-term contract to serve as a strategic advisor to the business in a FinTech environment. The role partners with leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, scalability, and regulatory alignment, while fostering accountability, innovation, and strong governance.

The position reports to the Chief People Officer and is based in Downtown, Toronto, within Embark's People & Culture Division.
