Strategic IT Solutions Leader

Essex Police and Kent Police seek a Head of IT Solutions to lead software development, application management and support for an estate of 500+ solutions used by 14,000+ officers and staff across both forces. The role drives strategic direction, governance and delivery across the full solution lifecycle.

You will shape major programmes, enable automation, data transformation and enterprise services, while upholding public service values and a secure, resilient user experience.
