Strategic M&A Transactions Lead

Doane Grant Thornton in Toronto seeks a Manager, Transactions in our Mergers & Acquisitions team to lead financial analyses, build CIMs, and model potential deals end-to-end.

You will conduct industry research, assess risks, and contribute to deal structuring while collaborating across client teams. A CPA or MBA is required, with 4+ years of M&A experience and a strong academic record; we offer a collaborative, flexible environment with weekly in-office days.
