Strategic Patent Attorney for Global Tech Innovation

Dyson Institute, based at Dyson's Malmesbury campus, seeks a qualified or part-qualified Patent Attorney to manage IP risks, advise on freedom-to-operate matters, and coordinate global patent prosecution. You will work closely with Research, Design and Development to protect Dyson’s innovations and support the Litigation team when needed.

The role requires clear communication of IP concepts to non-IP colleagues, strong collaboration, and a proactive approach to developing areas of responsibility
