Strategic People & Culture Director – Hybrid/Remote

Lane7 is seeking a People and Culture Director to lead our people strategy across multiple venues. Working closely with the CEO and SLT, you will design and implement learning, development and policy frameworks that support growth while maintaining a focus on wellbeing and culture.

You will coach leaders, build capability across dispersed teams and use people data to drive productivity, retention and service excellence. This is a hybrid/remote-from-venue role based in the UK.
