Strategic People Partner for Tech & Product

Redgate in Cambridge is seeking a strategic People Partner to work with Technology and Product leadership, shaping and owning the people strategy that drives their goals and Redgate's wider ambitions. You will own headcount planning, org design, succession and retention, and coach senior leaders while introducing practical AI-enabled ways for the People team to operate.
