Strategic School Operations & Finance Leader

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a strategic School Business Manager for a Bristol-based secondary academy to oversee finance, HR, facilities, and health & safety.

You will report to the Headteacher and Governing Body, manage multi-million-pound budgets, ensure compliance with ESFA/DFE guidelines, and drive operational excellence. This is a full-time, 37-hour role starting ASAP or in January.
