Strategic School Operations Manager - Finance & Facilities

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a strategic School Business Manager for a high‑performing secondary academy in Bristol. You will oversee financial operations, HR, facilities and health & safety compliance, reporting to the Headteacher and Governing Body.

This is a full‑time, 52‑week role with leadership responsibilities, budget management, procurement, site management and contractor oversight, plus driving commercial lettings and community partnerships.
