Strategic Service Management Consultant (Specialist/AM)

Accenture is hiring a Service Management Consultant to join our London/Manchester teams. You will play a key role across the Service Management lifecycle, designing, delivering and continuously improving service solutions for diverse clients.

You will apply strong analytics to translate client issues into actionable challenges, assess ITSM tooling, and craft roadmaps for maturity and transformation while guiding organisational change and service catalog design.
