Strategic Technology Business Partner

In this role you bridge Technology and senior leadership to translate business strategy into a clear technology roadmap. You will assess demands, shape roadmaps and business cases, and identify opportunities across platforms, data, AI and automation to ensure value from investments. You’ll challenge priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment, while delivering measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact, strategic, hands-on role.

• Act as the link between Technology and senior leadership to align strategy and priorities
• Translate business strategy into a clear technology roadmap and investment plan
• Assess competing demands, prioritise initiatives, and develop/challenge business cases
• Identify opportunities across platforms, data, AI and automation to drive value
• Ensure divisional priorities align with the wider Technology strategy
• Challenge senior stakeholders when necessary and propose better alternatives
• Operate with a pragmatic, hands-on approach in a fast-moving environment

• Strong Technology/IT Business Partnering experience with MD, SLT or C-suite level stakeholders
• Proven ability to shape and prioritise technology demand, roadmaps and investment against business strategy
• Demonstrated delivery of measurable business outcomes through technology (cost reduction, productivity, growth, service improvement, risk reduction)
• Broad understanding of enterprise technology including platforms, data, AI, automation, cloud and IT services
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable challenging senior leaders
• Experience in complex, matrixed organisations and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
