Overview

In this role you turn supplier, contract, financial and performance data into clear insights to drive governance and value creation. You work across technology partners to support strategic decisions, improve supplier performance and reduce administrative workload for Partner Managers. You will contribute to governance processes, prepare executive materials, and help shape investments and cost optimisation. This position blends data analysis with cross-functional collaboration to enable strategic supplier management at Primark.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse spend, contracts, SOWs and performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Turn complex data into concise, executive-ready recommendations
  • Support strategic partner account plans and maintain value creation and transformation pipelines
  • Track commitments, benefits and outcomes through to completion
  • Coordinate supplier governance, agendas, scorecards and actions
  • Prepare performance reviews, QBRs and executive materials
  • Review SOWs, contracts and commercial dependencies
  • Provide spend, pricing and benchmarking analysis for negotiations and cost optimisation
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, risks and contractual obligations; escalate significant issues
  • Maintain visibility of partner relationships, commercial performance and risk; drive data quality and process improvements
  • Collaborate across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Risk
Key requirements
  • 2–4 years in supplier management, commercial analysis, procurement, contract management or related fields
  • Experience analysing financial, commercial and supplier performance data with clear insights
  • Understanding of SOWs, KPIs, SLAs, governance and lifecycle activities; experience with governance forums and account planning
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to produce reports, scorecards and dashboards
  • Data visualization experience desirable
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships
  • Proactive, delivery-focused with commitment to data quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to identify commercial, value, innovation and risk opportunities with integrity and good judgement
