Strategic TPM – Banking & Payments Platforms (Hybrid)

Falconsmartit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a multi-year, end-to-end transformation of Payments, Forex and Core Banking platforms from inception. You will serve as the primary customer interface, orchestrate multiple engineering streams, manage risks, and drive value-driven outcomes with a focus on delivery excellence.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality software while maintaining strong customer
