Strategic VP of Finance — Growth & Profitability Partner

Bell & Associates, Inc. has been engaged to recruit a VP Finance for a PE-backed manufacturing/industrial technology company.

The VP Finance will oversee finance and accounting, partner with the CEO and Board, and drive performance, cash management and internal controls in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities include leading monthly close, GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions and potential M&A.
