Structured Credit Analyst Toronto

Analyze CLO ratings in Toronto with Fitch Ratings, using proprietary models and credit research in a hybrid work environment.

As an Analyst in Fitch Ratings’ Structured Credit group, you will assess new and existing Collateralized Loan Obligations. The work includes transaction analysis, model review, credit-risk assessment, and rating research. You will collaborate with senior team members and participate in consensus-driven credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze new and existing CLO ratings using proprietary models
• Support transaction analysis and model review
• Review documents to assess transaction credit risks
• Present rating conclusions to credit committees
• Draft rating commentaries and research publications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field
• At least one year of financial-sector experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
