Structured Finance Credit Analyst

Apply credit analysis and structured finance expertise at S&P Global Ratings, working from the office at least two days weekly. Analyze securitized products, fund structures, and risk.

As a Senior Analyst, you will evaluate structured finance credits and deliver surveillance across assigned portfolios. Your work combines financial analysis, data discipline, and forward-looking risk assessment. You will also apply generative artificial intelligence and large language model tools within controlled analytical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits
• Synthesize portfolio performance, market signals, and peer context
• Prepare committee-ready materials and evidence-based analytical narratives
• Reconcile metrics and document assumptions against methodologies
• Engage external stakeholders alongside senior team members

Requirements:

• Direct experience analyzing securitized products or fund structures
• Three to five years of relevant experience typically expected
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Credit, financial, and risk analysis skills
• Experience embedding generative artificial intelligence or large language models
