Structured Finance Reporting Manager

Lead structured finance reporting at RGA, applying financial analysis and contractual compliance expertise to global reinsurance transactions. Work under limited supervision.

This Manager, Structured Finance position supports monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for assigned financing transactions. You will prepare financial statements, analyze management reports, and monitor contractual compliance. The work includes US GAAP and Statutory reporting, ledger activity, reconciliations, and retrocession administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate financial and contractual reporting for assigned financing transactions
• Prepare quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements
• Monitor compliance with financing agreements and contractual requirements
• Record activity, reconcile accounts, and prepare general ledger uploads
• Administer internal retrocessions and coordinate quarterly settlements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Actuarial Science
• Equivalent related work experience may be considered
• Experience analyzing financial and contractual reporting requirements
• Ability to work with US GAAP and Statutory data
• Ability to coordinate reporting with departments and subsidiaries
