Student Accounts & Payments Advisor

University of Toronto is seeking a Student Accounts Advisor to provide timely, courteous service in a high-volume environment. You will respond to inquiries about student fees, payments, financial aid and tax documentation, and apply University policies to resolve issues.

The role reviews financial information, performs calculations and reconciliations, and supports accurate student financial records. This is a one-year term, based at St. George campus in downtown Toronto.
