Robertson seeks a Student Financial Advisor/Learner Account Advisor for its admissions process. You will explain Federal and Provincial assistance, alternative financing, contracts, and payment plans. Accuracy, compliance, prompt follow-through, and respectful communication support each learner’s funding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary financing interviews within 24 hours of contract
• Explain loan counseling, eligibility, payment plans, and obligations
• Complete NOA and COE documentation for each student
• Review applications and disclosure statements for accuracy
• Monitor loan documents through first disbursement

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ financial or customer service experience
• Provincial student loan program familiarity is an asset
• Strong professional telephone communication skills
• Experience with internet-based communication tools
• Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines
