Student Systems Functional Analyst

Analyze student systems and improve enrolment processes as a Functional Analyst at Saint Mary's University. This permanent, full-time role supports Enrolment Services.

Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Student Systems, the Functional Analyst reviews releases and analyzes impacts. The position manages software projects, develops testing plans, and designs processes with end users. It also supports reporting, training, documentation, and Banner security profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze new functionality and enhancements in integrated student systems
• Manage documentation, planning, and process re-engineering projects
• Develop, execute, and document testing plans and procedures
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
• Analyze reporting requests and determine appropriate data solutions

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce or related field
• Minimum two years of directly related experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and independent working ability
• Banner, CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience considered an asset
