Student Systems Functional Analyst

Support student systems at Thompson Rivers University through functional expertise, training, and troubleshooting for Enrolment Services and employees.

This Student Systems Functional Analyst supports daily Enrolment Services tasks and related reporting systems. The position develops documentation, delivers training, and maintains system functionality. It also supports admissions, registration, programs, course sections, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional training and assistance on student reporting systems
• Develop training programs, documentation, and user manuals
• Troubleshoot system issues through training, fixes, or escalation
• Create approved programs, course catalogues, sections, and fees
• Lead assigned projects and institutional working groups

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
• Five years' post-secondary admissions, registration, fees, or records experience
• In-depth Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook experience
• Ability to explain complex processes to non-technical staff
• Accurate database entry, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills
