Success Architect

In this role you partner with customers from implementation onward to design how Meltwater data and LLM platforms come together to deliver actionable reports and briefs. You guide customers in building repeatable workflows, best practices for data integration, and responsible use of AI, acting as the bridge between product and external usage. You stay ahead of AI tooling trends to provide practical guidance, while developing scalable enablement for widespread customer impact. This is a hands-on, senior-role focused on real-world value and lasting adoption across complex accounts.

• Design how customers use MCP and LLM platforms with Meltwater data to establish early technical and workflow foundations
• Help customers build skills, agents, and repeatable workflows turning Meltwater data into deliverables
• Develop best practices for combining Meltwater data with other datasets in LLM environments, including prompting and data hygiene
• Serve as primary contact for outside-the-product experience, coordinating with CS, AM, and Implementation
• Stay current on AI landscape and translate new developments into practical guidance
• Identify friction points to create scalable enablement materials and product feedback
• Build senior-level relationships with sophisticated stakeholders and represent customer voice internally
• Advise on how customers use Meltwater data in context of product and solutions leadership

• 5+ years in solutions consulting or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Hands-on fluency with LLM platforms and agentic tooling
• Working understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar connector architectures
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business workflows
• Experience supporting large, complex, enterprise-scale accounts
• Curiosity about AI direction demonstrated by practical use of tools
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication with both technical and senior business stakeholders
• Prior experience with Meltwater product suite or similar is a plus, not required
