The Advisor Development Program prepares you for a future advisory career at Sun Life. You will gain practical experience with products, tools, processes, and Clients while developing business acumen. Coaching, licensing support, and exposure to advisory teams support your learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from a local Sun Life District office
• Gain knowledge of Sun Life products, tools, and processes
• Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
• Provide life, health, and wealth solutions
• Complete business development activities and preparation tasks

Requirements:

• LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated approach and strong work ethic
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge and passion for insurance and investment products
