About the Role:
The Carroll Law Firm, PLC (d/b/a ANTHEM LAW) is looking for an experienced and driven Supervising Paralegal to join our team in Anthem, AZ. Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the daily activities of paralegal and legal support staff
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and docket management
Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
Assist in developing and implementing office procedures and best practices for the paralegal team
This is not a remote position and requires in office presence
Requirements:
3+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Associates or Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
Willingness and/or experience to use/learn Claude and Clio
Impeccable document preparation proficiency and accuracy
Strong knowledge of court filing procedures, deadlines, and legal terminology
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
Personal Injury Experience required and a willingness to learn other practice areas
Verifiable references
