- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in supply chain management software
- Experience managing complex supply chain transformation projects
- Strong analytical thinking to optimize performance
- Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
- Travel up to 60%
- Professional certifications (CSCMP, APICS, or ISM) preferred
- Knowledge of technology and data analytics to enable connected supply chains
