Overview

As a Manager in PwC's Management Consulting practice, you lead client-facing supply chain projects to boost efficiency and end-to-end visibility. You guide teams, shape strategic plans, and ensure delivery quality while coaching junior staff. You leverage technology and data analytics to build connected, agile supply chains and drive measurable business performance. You gain exposure to transformation initiatives across multiple industries and mentor clients and teams toward sustained improvements. This role combines leadership with hands-on optimization work to help clients respond faster and reduce costs.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify improvements and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop strategies to optimize end-to-end supply chain visibility
  • Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and boost productivity
  • Guide teams in implementing technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations
  • Coach and mentor team members to leverage strengths and develop skills
  • Address conflicts and engage stakeholders in challenging conversations
  • Uphold professional and technical standards and firm code of conduct
  • Utilize supply chain management software to enhance operational strategies
  • Implement cost management and procurement strategies to reduce expenses and increase responsiveness
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum)
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software
  • Experience managing complex supply chain transformation projects
  • Strong analytical thinking to optimize performance
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
  • Travel up to 60%
  • Professional certifications (CSCMP, APICS, or ISM) preferred
  • Knowledge of technology and data analytics to enable connected supply chains
  • Strategic leadership and team mentoring
