Job Summary

Provide technical support to Elementary Schools, Secondary Schools, Education Centre and Maintenance Centre.

Responsibilities

  1. Job duties and responsibilities will vary by assignment and will be assigned by the supervisor of the assignment;
  2. Support applications and hardware including desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, interactive whiteboards, projectors and specialized technologies.
  3. In collaboration with the IT Network and Security team, resolve connectivity and networking issues.
  4. Provide technical support for teaching staff in their use of technology as a part of their professional practices (i.e. Data projectors, network access, Report Card and progress reports).

Qualifications

  1. Minimum two (2) years post secondary in a technical program
  2. A+ Certification
  3. Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle on a daily basis.

This is a casual/supply position with no guaranteed hours. When opportunities are available, you will be contacted, and if available, be expected to be on-site, in-person.
